FORD Paid 80% on my new tranny!

I just wanted to pass this along. A new knock and shift flare appeared after having my transmission serviced. Checked the dipstick and no detectable tranny fluid. I towed it back, they "topped off" the fluid and told me the knock was normal. Not satisfied, and annoyed by the knock I called MFC Customer relations. THey adives me to take it to another dealer. They found one missing tourq converter bolt, four loose ones, burnt 4th and 5th clutch discs. Working with the customer service agent through ford I got a new tranny for $600.00. (3yr/100,000 warranty) Ford is currently persuing getting me the $600.00 back from the dealer that muffed up the tranny in the first place. VERY PLEASE WITH FORDS CUSTOMER RELATIONS SERVICE. Not so much with the dealer that toasted my tranny..
