trans trouble

Have an 04 f350, egr delete an sct. When driving the trans will randomly slip. Usually about 40-45 mph. It does it weather driving hard or normal. Just like it were in nuetral, With snap on scan tool, when it happens line psi goes completely to zero. There is no trans codes, od light doesnt flash, fluid is full clean an doesnt smell burnt. Could this be a solenoid issue?
