need a little input

I have a 04 F350 6.0 Dually powerstroke with the six speed auto tranny. I was underneath the truck yesterday and noticed my oil pan is leaking. I brought it to ford and they said the oil pan is bad (duh) to fix it, will be about 2,200. They also say the tranny cooling lines are bad/rusted. I looked and they are. I asked how much to replace them and was given a 1200 est. My quesion is does that price for the cooling lines sound about right or am i going to get hosed? The lines are not leaking they are just old. Im assuming with 147,200 miles on the truck they are the origional lines. I was thinking about bringing it to a tranmission shop to get their say in it. So am I getting hosed by Ford and should I see what a transmission shop has to say?

not sure which lines but i would try a different ford dealer because i had a few tranny lines replaced on a explorer before i got my 6.0 and it was like 85 bucks new lines and the fluid that was lost so i would try a differnet shop
