2005F250's Torqshift

So some of you may know that I have tranny issues and they have yet to be fixed. Well ruling out the transmission itself and the programmer what other factors could cause the problems? It flairs on the 2nd to 3rd shift, slips, and surges. I talk to the service manager at Ford today and their tranny department is shut down for the rest of the week (onther story). This is a busy week for him and we decided I'll bring the truck in this next Monday and they'll tear into it again. Here are some links to some video's.

You've been given some pretty good leads in the last few months but you seem to refuse any and all advice. That truck most definitely has some sort of wiring harness issues causing your tranny failures. That was even pointed out by a certified tech once but you insist that the 5R110 is just trash. I seriously doubt that your problems are mechanical. Somebody needs to do some serious electrical recon on this truck.

Thanks for rereminding me about the electrical. The service manager and I discussed this and the truck is going to go to a heavy line guy to get looked over then to the electrical guy then finally tranny if the problem isn't resolved. Majority of the other post in the other threads were saying it's the programmer even after I told them the truck did this stock. We might do some PCM/TCM swaps with my cousins 6.0. His is in and cylinder 7 is toast after 20K miles on a new short block. 720Deere Thanks again for your help.

Has the truck been checked for the physical alignment of the engine/trans/driveline?

Don't think so. That's a good idea. Keep them coming.
