05 6.0 tranny rebuild recommendation on build???

I have an 05 6.0 typical flare 3-5 has 170k torque converter makes a funny sound when warm idling or slowing in tow haul mode, (makes the engine idle rough when you here the noise, almost like a bearing noise...) truck is my service truck dually 4x4 utility bed, the truck weighs about 12,000 lbs, it has egr delete h&s mini maxx cold air intake and 4" turbo back exhaust. And I need some recommendations on what guys to put in, and how deep to dig into it, I just replaced external filter and was definitely some fiber and or steel material in the filter, should I do stock fibers and steels? It's held up thus far with that much power and weight. Should I do go go solenoid? Shift kit? Stock converter? please throw me some recommendations please

Weighs 12k lb, use it running HVAC service all week 'in town' then use it for personal use the rest of the time, 8k lb boat on the weekends and other trailers the some of the time, don't really drive it hard but it's heavy...
