1 millionth post on slippage

I have gone through alot of these post and they don't seem to be answering my question. I have an 03 6.0L and I installed an edge juice (not platinum) on Saturday with the attitude monitor. I have driven it for about 250 miles so far and its been pretty good. I wouldn't say i was easy all the time on but I wasn't beating the bag out of it either. I did get on it a few times as most people probably have when they installed new goodies. I probably used stage 5 2-3 times from a stop but most of the time I was in and out of 1 2 and 3 for my driving to work and around town.

Anyways Today I went out to warm the truck up to go home from work and it started fine. 2 minutes later I went back to the truck to leave and it wasn't running and would not start right away. Took me about 5-6 tries to get it started. Now the Check engine light is on. Then later on I had my truck parked and left it running. for about 5 minutes while I was inside. Came back to the truck and put it in drive and it did nothing until I stepped on the gas but still barely moved like the E-brake was on. Went back into park and then to drive and it was a little better then again and it was fine for the rest of the night. I just bought the truck used from a dealer with 52k on it with extended warranty so I am not worried too much just trying to get some feedback on what sounds like its the TC not locking up.

P.S. It shifts fine between gears while driving.

Is that a programmer. I've been told with a programmer, it takes a few miles for everything to sync up.

I'd pull the Edge and see if it still does it.

How would you go about pulling the codes on the 03's? If memory serves corectly the OBD1 emmissions vehicles still need scan tools to pull the codes.
