Tranny trouble-Bullydog

Ok first thing,I am not looking for opinions.I am looking for solutions.I have been a member long enough to know how it works here.So please, just try to help a guy out and keep the negative opinions to yourself.
Now,I have a 2004 F250.It is an automatic. It has 47,000 miles on it.I have an aftermarket exhaust, 4 inch,a Volant intake, and a Power Pup programer with outlook.I have put on about 5000 miles, most of them with the chip.I usually run at 50 percent, with the smooth aggresive shift. The other day I was towing a goosneck and thought that the tranny had slipped.I continued to drive it and It became consistant when shifting(without the trailer). It would slip, then slam the gear then slip again.I since have unloaded the program completly and it shifts great.I called Bullydog 3 times today and got 3 different guys, none of which had anything to say I couldn't figure out myself, such as:"you know when you put more torque to the transmission it is harder on it than normal".I realize this, but I am not pounding on this thing all the time.If my transmission is bad so be it,I will put a new one in.I just can't believe that it is fine without it and as soon as I add more horsepower to it it slips.I have returned the shift to stock(with the program in),and it still does it.I really can't run the chip at all without the tranny acting up.Does anyone have a similar problem?I have a buddy with the exact same setup with no trouble at all.Is my tranny just going bad and I only see it with the extra horse? Please help if you can.
