My tranny needs rebuilt. Help with parts!
Took my 04 F250 to get a shift sylenoid replaced and when the pan came off there was a valve body bolt, clutch debree, and metal shavings in the pan. it only has 52k on it. I'm going to have it rebuilt and was wondering what parts I should use. I already have an ATS converter.

Yes it was. Tow my 7000 lb boat a little. Mostly just a daily driver. It has A Banks intake, Banks oil cooler, Air raid air intake, egr delete, head studs, 4" down pipe, 4" out the back, and a CTS programmer.

At minimum you're going to want to send that converter in to have a cut-n-clean to ensure you get all the debris out and no damage was caused.
Was the debris/sludge black/grey, or was it red/tan? Also, click link in my sig for details on builder parts. |
