trans slips and sketchy reverse

i am running SCT livewire tune. I drive usually around 2k RPM's when the truck goes to shift from second to third, it revs from 2k to 3,500 then shift hard into third. Also when i put it in reverse its having a hard time grabbing. So i replaced the master shift cylinder (GoGo cylinder) the first few miles it shifted perfectly, but after that its still messing up. Should i replace the rest of the shift cylinders? please help!

sounds to me u are having the 3-5 shift flair witch is common on this transmission . i am not to sure what u mean by the shift cylinder ? u might be talking about the gogo direct clutch solenoid , i had the same problem as u and the gogo solenoid fixed my problem , if you have already put the gogo solenoid in and are still having problems then it sounds like the direct clutchs might be going .
