wot flare 4 to 5

My truck is 05 with sct idp xstreet. I was messing round today had some room and put the peddle on the floor got to fourth smoothly and held the gear little longer than I was expecting then did what I would describe as flare are slip but it wasn't pulling anymore. Let off and everything seems normal. First time I've tried that since head studs and custom tune. I'm worried the previous owner had some programmer on it before me and did damage to the trans
