Won't shift outta first.

I have a 2006 6.0 with 140000 miles came to a stop at a red light when I started moving again it shifted to 3rd gear then dropped back to 1st and locked up the rear tires. and won't shift out of first gear now. Showing codes p07000 p0772 p1783 and p2704. Every thing I've read said solenoid e is stuck open. Anyone have any ideas as to what would cause that? I've never had a problem with the transmission before. And was shifting fine until that stop light. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Well pulled the pan off today and it was full of metal. Looks like its time to rebuild.
