04 Trainnie No Reverse HELP!!

I have an 04 F250 with 160,000 miles. I went to town this afternoon and it started missing 4th gear when it would shift, kinda slip and then right into 5th. So I got home and grabbed the programmer and "returned to Stock". So I figured I would take it for a spin to see if that made a difference and now no reverse at all. Just revs and goes nowhere. It went into Reverse at first and then just kicked out. No Codes and no "Flashing" Tow Haul. Any ideas?

Fluid is full and doesnt smell burnt. Ran fine till today.

sounds to me that u may have a stuck direct clutch solenoid . it s the one that controls the 3-5 shift and reverse if thats the problem its an easy fix . also try to disconnect the batt. for an hr or so and see if it get better ?good luck
