Flashing tow/haul light

I have a 2004 F-250 97,000 miles. At 65 mph the check gauge and tow/haul begin to flash. Transmission continues to work, shift properly. Any help on this is appreciated.

I had the same thing happen today and transmission gauge went all the way to the top. Scanguage said the temp was over 8000* and I just drove 10 miles pulling a small trailer with about 20 paver stones on it. Anyone got any ideas?

OP that flashing will have likely stored some codes that a good scanner can retrieve
and eliminate any guessing
