CEL P0710

I'm getting CEL - Code P0710.

I have no other codes, my tow/haul light does not blink.

I do get rough shifts after starting the truck when going from 2nd to 3rd gear, but its fine after 1 rough shift. By rough shift I mean it revs real high going into third then it feels like it slams into 3rd gear. If I stop and start going again it shifts smoothly into 3rd, but still a CEL.

Any clue as to what is going on? Like I said the tow/haul does not flash when this happens, and my trans temp guage stays right in the middle.
