transmission line connections

friend of mine is working on a 6.0. (i've never owned one or worked on one).

anyhow he disconnected the transmission lines at the beginning of whatever he was doing...and ding dong forgot which one goes where........can anyone tell me which line goes on top and which one on bottom...(talking about at the transmission).
