Exclamation Broke Down!!!

My transmission gauge cluster on my truck is not working, red idiot light says check gauge and tow-haul light is flashing. truck goes into limp mode. My A-pillar trans temp gauge is reading all with in normal limits. If I disconnect the battery and rest they system I can drive about 4 miles receiving temp readings and every thing... then the dash goes crazy again, turning off the trans temp gauge on the dash and lighting up the idiot lights, throwing the truck into limp mode.

All mods are in Sig Block, help please.

thanks! How much do they run?
Drain and pull the pan,
pull the valve body and the sensor should be right there correct?

That pretty much sums it up. As far as how much, I couldn't tell you since price varies depending on your geographical location. I'm assuming you are American, so the price of the part should be about half of what us Canadians pay. I haven't changed one myself personally, but I know it was pretty common for 2004 to 2005 model years for some reason.
