Tow Haul light blinking

Alright guys, I was on my way home from work tonight and all of a sudden my tow haul light started blinking and my trans temp gauge dropped all the way below the cold marker. Havent had any other problems with the trans aside from the normal hard/delayed shifting when its cold. Also I apologize if this has been brought up before, I looked around but couldn't find anything.
