I hate the blame game!

I have had my new Suncoast trans in for a few months now and its leaking fluid. Small drip puddle every time I park. I took it to the trans shop that installed it and they checked inside the little black cap with a mirror and told me its a remaned unit that was probaly poorly assembled from the manufacturer and that's why its leaking. I'm thinking bullsh*t, Suncoast isn't ALLOWED to half a** transmissions. At $5200 there shouldn't be a problem. I haven't called Suncoast yet because its the weekend but I can already see it coming, the blame game. I hate to think negatively but it seems people put more effort into find a reason why they shouldn't have to fix their mistakes than owning up to them.

I don't know much about transmissions but its leaking right where it bolts up to the motor and the entire trans is covered in a fluid film. Any thoughts here?

Yes, because I have an oil leak too. I'm leaking two different colors. Someone screwed up the truck from a head stud instal as well who isn't taking responsibility.
