Error code P0757

I have an 07 6.0 and every now and then I will be driving along and my tow haul light will start flashing and in order to get rid of it i have to restart the truck. If i dont restart the truck soon enough it will throw a code which is P0757 shift solenoid B stuck on. Last weekend I replaced solenoid B (the second on in from the drevers side of the truck in the front row) and it still does it. Someone told me it could be the rear end sensor but I dont know what to do. I hate just throwing new parts at it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
