Trans line leak help...

Hello,
I was under my truck a week ago on the alignment rack and noticed my oil pan to be rusty and cancerous.... (just the bowl part) I decided to grab a 3M prep disk and my angle die grinder and clean up the pan and paint it with high temp black paint.

Today, I crawled under to admire my work only to find a wet trans line with a drip bubble and half the trans pan soaked. Apparently I disturbed my rusty trans lines. Any Ideas, tips or tricks to fix would be appreciated. I see people talking that the engine needs to be removed to replace with OEM lines??? Others say replace with rubber hose??
Thanks for the help.
Leon
