transmission wont shift

Heres my problem guys I have a 2005 6.0 with 119k never have had an issue with trannie I warm truck up every morning for at least 10 minutes well this morning it wouldnt shift into 3 gear.. could it be shot or is there any sensors or selenoids i need to look at before i do or try anything. i would appreciate all the help guys. thanks

Hi everyone having the same troubles with my wife's truck 2005 F250 120K . it shifts 1=2 and then just hangs long time push the pedal all the way to the floor act like its not getting any fuel once it shifts into 3rd everything good to go. check fuel line all the way back to tank and have even drop tank to make sure pickup tube was clean.and this is without pulling anything
