Is this a sign of the tranny going out?

It doesnt do it all the time but if I get on it then let off before it shifts to another gear sometime is will take a second then SLAM into gear. This happen to anyone else?

I have the Xtreme Street tune in and havent put it back to stock to see if it still does it. I am just trying to get an idea before I switch tunes
