I am brand new to the site, but a buddy of mine was telling me he swore by it, so I thought I would give it a try! To start off, I own a 2006 Ford Powerstroke F350, CC Lariat Dually with 104,000 Miles... Pretty much bone stock with exhaust and CAI... I pull a 16ft trailer with Mowers Daily... All of a sudden out of nowhere today while driving down the road, my Trans Temp Gauge died, and a message flashed saying "Check Transmission Tempurature" and my Tow/Haul light kept blinking... The truck then would not shift out of 3rd gear, but showed no loss of power up to that point... I pulled into a parking lot, checked the transmission fluid, and everything looked good... When I started back up the truck ran fine until about 10 miles down the road and the same happened... Any suggestions, or insight as to what I may have going on? Im not in a postion to throw an ATS in, and have heard nothing but good things about the Torqueshift, but am worried, and specially with Snow Season Around the corner! Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks for lookin!
