Truck Wont Shift Into Drive
Having a problem with my 03 F250. I cant get it to shift out of park. I push the brake and pull lever to shift into drive and it feels like its hitting something. It takes me awhile for it to finally pull down to D. Feels like it finally slides into a slot or something. Any idea what the problem might be? Feels like its in the steering column. Thanks.

Sounds like the brake interlock switch. Broken wire right at the switch. Look at the brake pedal arm to find it.
