tow light

tow haul light keeps on flashing and we have no 1st or 2nd gear. no code came up at last it went out. put one in from a junk yard with 5700 mi
on it .3mi later tow haul light flashing no 1st or 2nd gear what can be wong i just wont to get out of it now.and give it back.
