Thumbs down BIG Problem? or Small? Need Help!

I just bought a 2003 6.0 4x4 F250 with in automatic and ive been noticing that alot of the times when I put it in reverse it wont go into gear right away and then it will almost jerk after 1 or 2 seconds and be in gear. It does it when I put it in drive also but not as much as reverse. Is my transmission starting to go or is this normal or some other part getting wore out? HELP!?!?

there is a bulletin out for an updated solenoid for that concern , not a big deal and not very expensive to fix , basically pull pan replace solenoid and refill with fluid and reprogram module to latest calibration
