Which solenoids are responsible for shifts 1-2 and 2-3?

Having trouble with tranny shifting from 1-2 and 2-3 with sct tuned to x street setting. Tranny otherwise shifts great. Innovative told me it's probably a solenoid issue. Tranny will shift into neutral if I punch it on this setting. I'm hoping a solenoid or two will fix it right up. Thanks.

If a solenoid was bad, I think it would malfunction all the time.
