Shifting problems with programmer

I have a 2003 F-250 6.0 with an edge juice with attitude programmer. I have been having problems when I turn the programmer up to level 5. when I get on it not even all the way it used to hesitate then slam in to gear and go shifting from 3rd to 4th gear. I got the tranny rebuilt with a shift kit and bigger torque converter. Now it doesnt slam but will hesitate and the rpm's will go way up then back down and it will catch and go. Is this a problem with the tranny because of the programmer?

from what i have read , yes its the programmer , it doesnt tune the tranny along with the engine . get it off your truck and grab the SCT tuner which tunes tranny and call Eric @ innovative diesel for custom tuning . trust me you will be blown away with the overall performance of your truck .
