brand new ats stage 4 having problems

ok here's the deal with what i have going on. ive got the truck listed in my sig that we just had a ats stage 4 installed in. picked it up from the shop a few days ago drove fine and shifted fine when we left the shop. maybe a 10mile trip. so then we decided to drive it to town and it started shift weird wanting to start off in third gear and what not then when it would down shift it felt like it was missing gears. so today i came and tried to reset the computers on it to see if it might be a tcm issue and the thing doesnt have any gear but reverse. but heres the kicker it wont move at all in any of the forward gears but feels as if you are power breaking it and when you put in into drive it jumps backwards.... any ideas?

well its an ATS they always have problems. I would go back and demand a full refund and get another companies trans in there instead.

take it back and call nadp or bts good luck man that sucks to spend that much money for something that doesnt work
