trany temps
I installed a couple new gauges over the weekend. One of them being trany temp from auto meter other is a fuel pressure. I read a lot about normal temps to expect. I pulled a 8000 lb trailer to the track this morning in about 35~ 40 degree temps. Home it was about 50 or so out. I am in pa so it is a up and down trip with some hard pulls. After warming up the temp gradually went up to around 215 deg and just stayed there. Same on the way home. I was expecting around 180 tops. what should I be looking for? Or is this normal? Trans acts normal other wise.

We haul a 16k lb 5er with our F350 dually and the Edge Insight Monitor usually shows the tranny temp at 165 to 170 area. You noted that your tranny temp went to 215? That seems high to me.
