Tranny Slip ? with SCT LiveWIre

Just FYI anyone runnin' SCT Extreme/Race Tunes on their X-Cal or LiveWire,
Yesterday my tranny felt like she was slippin' maybe Trq Cvtr ? Pulled over and checked Fluids , ALL OK.
Re-Programmed The ECM to Stock and drove off , with no apparent problems anymore. ?? So I drove 20-30 miles and let her sit for 2hrs, after which I returned the ECM to Innovative Diesel Extreme/Race Tune My Fave...
Anywho no apparent problems with the tranny after that...
Talked to Ted at Innovative this AM and he said it is not uncommon for the transfer of codes to be "sometimes" not completely loaded correctly.
His reccomendation was to return the ECM to stock and pull the battery cables off for 20 min and leave your headlights on. Then after this extensive reboot you can reload your file of choice after reconnecting everything.
It is not uncommon for a part of a file to be not downloaded correctly.
I was able to fix mine without the battery disconnect procedure..
Just wanted to post this so if other members exp the same issues they know where to start trying to fix the issue. Hopefully and Luckully no harm done.
