wont go into overdrive.

yesterday i pulled a Jeep cherakee on a flat bed trail about 200 miles not driveing my truck it feels like it will not go into over drive when i am on the interstate at about 70 any ideas.

Is the engine rpm's up? I have an '04 and lost 5th then 4th and running @55 in 3rd puts it around 2500+ or- some. I have stock gears 3.73 and 285/75/16 tires. In 5th @70 I think it’s up about 2K. I hope this helps.
