Fixin' to break something!!!!!!!!! (Transmission trouble)

My truck started leaking fluid out the back passenger side of the trans pan. It leaks so much fluid while driving that it's coating the bottom of my truck with 8 dollar a quart ATF!!!!

Today I replaced the gasket with a new Ford gasket, and put in 7 quarts of Amsoil universal ATF (SP safe). I drove it around the block and when I pulled into my driveway I noticed a stream of fluid behind the truck. I lost about 60 dollars worth of fluid dammit!! I am so angry!!!!!

What could be causing this??
The pan is still leaking even with a new gasket, surfaces were prepped and cleaned, and I torqued the bolts in proper sequence to 120 inch/lbs.

Has anyone had this happen to them, why is my pan leaking!!!?
I am pissed off.........

If the trans. bypass filter at the front of the truck is too old, could that cause pressure build up inside the transmission?

Please help me if you know what could be causing this. I need my truck for transportation and I can't afford to lose so much transmission fluid trying to drive it.

Is the pan capacity really 7 quarts??

Have you change the filter up front & did you change the filter in the pan when you put the new gasket on?

Did not change the sump filter. Just changed the bypass filter near the front of the truck, but I did it after the fact.

I went out and wiped the transmission down with a rag and drove it down the street, it leaks quite bad. It appeared to be coming from above the pan and I spotted a small hole in my transmission case! By the way it looks it may have been punched in by a large flathead screwdriver or by a flat steel punch. WHAT -THE- HELL. I will try to take a picture.

Totally unbelievable. Something in my gut tells me someone screwed with my truck. I know where it's been, and exactly when it started leaking. I could never imagine doing something like that to someones property.

Man I hope that's not it. That would be some real B/S if it is.

I'd be nail spittin' fighting mad.

I replied stating there's a hole in the case, and it looks like someone used an object such as a steel punch to create it.

That's what it looks like. It is an elongated hole consistent with the effect a steel punch would have.
