warranty milage for 07 trans?

I just bought a 54k mile 07 F550 4x4. Ran fine for the first 300 miles/week.

Suddenly, its banging bad into 1st gear trying to take off getting going.

Today it did the same thing a few times and also now reverse.

Can i take it to a dealer before 60k miles or is the trans still 36k?

I think its just 36k, not positive though. Do some searching on the forums, I think what you describe is a bad solenoid and you could drop the pan and replace it yourself.
