04 Tranny clunking into gears
so i have an 04 6.0 with Torqshift and recently it started lagging when i would put it into gear..example i would shift from Park to Reverse and wait wait wait then clunk it would go into gear..then i would put it into Drive and wait wait wait then clunk it would go into drive...someone told me it might be low on Oil so i checked it and it was like maybe ahalf a quart so i added it and same problem...anybody have any ideas? and it seems like the tranny is starting to slip in between shifts...
o and i have a Bully Dog programmer..anyone out there have any bad experiences with a bully dog? any help would be great thanks guys

luckily i bought the extended powertrain warranty only 900 bucks for 3 yr 36k miles and im already getting the head gaskets replaced so it was wayy worth it..hopefully if this tranny is having some issues Ford will just replace it for me..

o and if anybody wants to buy a bully dog triple dog downloader i have one for sale...great price o and dont worry it wont mess up ur tranny and its super fast... hahahahahahha

My 05 dose the same thing once in a while what is it.. Sometimes it shifts real smooth and sometimes it don't
