Exclamation tranny help

what is the reverse planetary recall, and is that why my tranny acts weird in reverse? can this be done under extended waranty? my oasis does not show this work.

It occurs mostly in trucks that are used for plowing. Going from D to R constantly. The snap ring breaks or comes off and causes problems. Keith

thanks for the reply. i am going to change the fluid and filters today. maybe that will help.
