Tranny Problem?

I have a 06 350 and it's ran great for me since I bought it new until last summer and its starting to go down hill really quick.

Last winter the truck when starting out no power until it warmed up, which from what I was told was a common 6.0 thing, but awhile later it started redlining when cold and it would slam through the gears (all of them) until the transmission warmed up... After that I changed both the tranny filters and the fluid (fluid was black). It continued with this problem for after the fluid swap so I took it in and the dealership replaced 7 injector o-rings and my turbo was sticking. Truck ran fine for about a month then the problems returned. I had it back in and they couldn't figure it out.

It started running good again, so I didn't think anything of it. As of fall, the truck started it's low power and hard shifting again but with a twist, it wouldn't shift out of 2nd and once it was in 2nd the RPMs would stop increasing then jump about 200 then stop and jump another 200. But once again once the tranny was warmed up, it ran fine.

As of now, it now won't shift out of 1st until its warmed up. And in the morning when I start it, it lopes like a big cam 454 and shakes irratically but it doesn't emmit any smoke. And even when the truck is warmed up, it has no power even when I turn up my programmer. But when warm the tranny works great. I'm thinking it's the tranny but maybe injectors
