06 6.0 tranny loosing fluid out the top while towing

buddies tranny looses oil when pulling 12 000 pounds seems to be coming out the top of the breather or tranny. temps are 140-160 but tranny been great other wise. never over filed all worked on by dealer. any ideas whats going no longer have warranty.

I am not sure about the oil other then I would say that you should check the level of fluid after the truck has been driven and it is in neutral and the tranny fluid temps are fine. I have pushed my temps to 180 when hauling about the same weight in 100+ degree weather thru the hills
