06 5r110 tranny issue

i have a 06 f350. 55k miles. sct with eric extreme street tune. stock tranny. sometimes tranny has slight delay between shifts 2-3 3-4. has even hung in gear a couple of times and i had to let out of it for it to shift. also if i drive at a steady speed of 35-40 and then stand on it it doesnt always down shift just stays in gear it was in. sometimes shifts a little harder than normal or the way i would like. then sometimes it shifts good. any ideas?? fluid checks out good. issue comes up with either stock tune or extreme street tune on truck.

mine started out like that and then one day boom.it was slipping and missing shifts.turned out that the torque converter came apart.had to have tranny rebuilt by suncoast with a billet converter

I have the same exact tune, same truck, 160k miles.... its hanging the same way yours is. Do I need to swap the whole tmsn? or can i get the 900 buck clutch pack and billet converter to fix that problem, I dont feel like spending 3300 on a stock tmsn again... and have the same problem happen..
also, i heard ATS has problems with their Customer serv. and transmissions..
ANY IDEAS??

i would try to disconnect the batteries as the trans has a keep alive memory . some times i heard it will learn itself in to a hole . disconnect them and leave them that way for an hr or so then reconnect and do the relearn process or just let it relearn on its own ...it may help and its free to try
