maintaince question
i have a 04 6.0 w/ a torqueshift how often should i change the fluid and filter should i change the filter more frequently than the fluid and what do you all think about those deep aftermarket pans i have 23k on my truck

the owners manul calls for fluid,external filter change every 30k miles . don't mention the internal filter
