5R100 with no reverse

2003 with a 6.0 125xxx. I owned this truck for about 1500 miles & now has no reverse.
It began to shutter at first while backing & now I have no reverse. It does move maybe a few inches at first , but thats it. All foward gears work fine & feel good while shifting.
I been reading about a Suncoast solenoid & Trans Go shift kit, that both talk about fixing reverse issues.
Anybody have this happen???

Several bullitins mention reverse snap ring blowing out of case. Internal problem.
