Trans electrical problem?

Ok so the story goes I bought a 2006 f 350 powerstroke that was totaled and I completely rebuilt it. Now im stumped because I have no reverse lights, cruise control, tow haul mode, or trans temp gauge. At first I thought i had a pinched wire harness or something from the accident but I followed all the wires and cant find anything wrong. Now Im thinking that it is a bad DTR sensor. Would the DTR sensor cause this? Is it hard to replace? And about how much would one cost me? Let me know what you guys think.

Could be anything use your wiring diagrams.

I tried using the wiring diagrams and they didnt really help me.
