Trany

I have 121,000 miles on my 2004 F250 torqushift 5-speed. My Trany fluid & filter was changed @ 100,000 miles. I was towing my rock crawler through Sacramento, CA last weekend when it was 107*F outside. I was towing on SCT extreem tow. My trans temp. was running @ 175* untill I hit Eldorado Hills and it was 200* w/in 10 mins. and I shut it down to cool down. Should I be worried about my trany going out.
