Tranny jumps in/out of gear if you pass 70mph

This is an 05 with a 6.0 eng an 6.0 tranny. You can drive it all day with no problems as long as you don't reach 70 mph. when you pass 70 it quickly jumps in an out of gear, quite a jolt and dangereous as hell.

Any ideas. Scan tool only shows code for a speed sensor malfunction.

A bad vehicle speed sensor, (VSS) can cause the trans. to do some stupid things. Would probably get it replaced and clear the codes and recheck it.

Well that didn't last long. It started doing it again but only after being driven a good while. Ran ISIS and found there was a flash that is related to this problem. Took it to the dealer for them to flash it. Will let yall know if this cures it.
