6.0 in shop with hpop problems?

Yesterday my truck shutters and dies going up a hill it is a 05 F350 51k I had 8th of tank and thought maybe I ran it out well I got it towed into dealer and they said air leak from hpop said it was big after they pulled sensor and put in plug huge hiss.

Today I go in to see what is up and they say now that new fitting is in that there is no pressure and now they are pulling the hpop my ? is I read the tsb's and that alot of parts have been upgraded associated with a hpop replacement hose and other things, will they replace these or just put it back together adn not bother..... and should I call them and ask them to upgrade parts and just pay for those out of my pocket for peace of mind down the road or are they going to do it to save everyone trouble.
