smoke comeing from oil filler

On i have an 03 6.0 the truck seems to have all its power but i notices that when the truck is running if you remove the oil filler cap there is smoke someing out of it. what is cousing this

That smoke is called blow-by. It is normal to an extent on diesel engines.
