HELP PLEASE!!!!!!

To stat off got a new fuel pump filters and injector replaced that was bad. So when im driving down the road and hit a hill it will start blowing out black smoke and then after a few seconds the turbo will shutter and will keep doing this till i let off or floor it. When I floor it it runs just fine like nothing is wrong. From a dead stop taking off it runs like its fine. For a while though it didnt take off good from a dead start acted low on power then that quit and hasnt done it again.I'm confused on where to go from here. I cleaned egr valve to just to see if that was it and didnt do a thing. Sometime it does it worse then others also. I just want to see if anyone had this happen to them and what it was before i get bent over at the ford dealership first.

What kind of vehicle are we talking about here? (Year, make, and mileage) What are your EBP_A, MAP and BARO readings at key-on/engine-off? Any DTCs?

its a 03 6.0 with 108000 on it. I havnt taken it in to see if what codes would be pulled if any because I just found out last time I changed my fuel filter on the motor I broke the plastic post that the filter goes over and was told that could be my problem. Does that sound right to you?
