Stumbles and bumbles

Hey gang,

I have a '05 6.0 with 111k. Three weeks ago I had a oil leak which was traced to the HPOP o-rings. After that, I would have to let the truck idle for at least 10 minutes before driving it or it would be very sluggish and produce a ton of blue smoke. I purchased a set of reman injectors and took it to the Ford dealer to install, the tech tested the old ones and two of them were bad so he replaced all of them. He also ran tests on the FICM, HPOP pressure and all the other usual problems.

Truck started up and ran great after the injectors were installed, felt like a new truck, mileage went from 10.8 to 15.7, no problems. I purchased a custom tuned SCT and yesterday I downloaded the Street tune. I noticed a little stumle at first but truck ran like a rape ape, drove it for about 100 miles on and off, ran beautiful. Started the truck up this morning and I thought the thing exploded. It fired right up but stumbled and black smoke poured out of the exhaust and died. I tried to restart it several times but it just clunks or will just die immediatly with smoke coming from the exhaust. Its a three day weekend and I'm stumped

James

I wonder if it could be the FICM as well? I will not know until Tuesday. I'm just hoping I didnt do any damage to the injectors that were just put in.
