Help! 6.0L barely starts when cold, no power, tons of codes

Hi

2004 Ford f350 6.0L barely fires up after its been sitting all night, even in reasonable temps, it also has no power until it warms up.

once it warms up it has lots of power

once in a while once warm, and you do something like pass someone on the highway or give it a lot of throttle it will start pulling hard and then just fall on its face, feels like its not getting fuel.

Brought it to a local ford dealer and they say it needs a new FICM because the MPWR on it is 35 volts

also these were the codes: P0488, P0261, P0264, P0267, P0270, P0279, P0282, P0407, P0611, P2285

Not sure where to start here guys and any help would be much appreciated. thanks in advance
