please help quickly

i am thinking of buying a 05 f250 with 126000 miles it runs ok but when you stop it seem to have a oil smell from the vents.what could this be

possible to have a oil leak, that wld be the most obvious , but to say where , on a 05 model, its hard to say where , could be alot of things
